Do you have a client that is requesting a record of all past or future appointments? No problem at all, you can simply email or print all past or upcoming appointments to them.
Below will take you through the steps required to email or print past or future appointments for your client!
Email past or future appointments
1. From the client's file, click on Appointments
2. Click on either Print Past Appointments or Print Upcoming Appointments
3. Specify a date range and click Go
4. Select Email then OK to confirm you want the email to be sent.
5. Click OK to acknowledge that the email has been sent.
The email will be sent to the email address on the client's file, and will appear like the image below.
Print past or future appointments
1. From the client's file, click on Appointments
2. Click on either Print Past Appointments or Print Upcoming Appointments
3. Specify a date range and click Go
4. Select Print to see a preview of the appointment list, then Print to print the list.
💡 You can use the print function to create a PDF by changing the destination (printer) to Print to PDF
