Duplicate Service Override

There can be occasions where a practitioner will attend to a patient on more than one occasion on the same day. Medicare will often flag this with a Duplicate Service error.
All you need to do is apply a Duplicate Service Override prior to submitting the claim.

To override a duplicate service please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Invoice > Actions > Edit

2. Scroll down to the Service Type > select Flags

3. Set Duplicate Service Override > Not Duplicate

4. Submit the claim
