The new 'Positions' field will allow us to provide you with more relevant and enhanced communication for your specific position, user role & speciality. The field will also enable the Support Team to help you faster and provide more proactive support & assistance.

In addition, it will assist the Product Teams with valuable insight on the types of practitioners and personas using coreplus when deciding on future roadmaps and upgrades to the coreplus platform.

💡 Case Managers and Supervisors will need to have Clinician or Practitioner selected under Positions for the Specialties box to appear.

💡 You can have multiple Positions selected for each user

​1. To add a position, go to Setup > Settings > User Profile

2. Tick the relevant Position boxes for that user and click Save

💡 Supervisor users can update all user's Positions by going to:
​ My Account > Users > click on the relevant user > Select Position > click Save.

​

1. To add Specialties, go to Settings > Setup > User Profile

2. After selecting Positions (Clinician or Practitioner must be ticked) the Specialties box will appear

2. Tick the relevant Specialties boxes for that user and click Save
