Once a particular signature or logo is no longer required within the letter generator, you are able to remove the images by simply clicking the red cross ❌.

Please, see below the detailed steps to remove images from a letter:

1. Go to Set up > Settings

2. Navigate to Letters

3. Select the image insert button

4. Use the red cross on the left side next to the image, to delete the file
