Our weekly update for everything that happened last week

Updated over a week ago

Bringing you a wrap-up of product development, improvements, new features, updates, and more.

Let's get into it.

๐Ÿ˜€ Copying a client link from a Telehealth call

We have added a new button to the top right settings on your Telehealth call that will copy the client link to clipboard. This will allow you to invite other participants into the call or resend the link to a client without the need to go back into coreplus.

๐Ÿ˜€ Update to Family Contact

We have renamed the Family contacts menu button to 'Family/Emergency' so you can also add an emergency contact to the client's record.

๐Ÿ› Deleted clients appearing in the Birthday report issue now resolved

Birthday report is now fixed, with a bug resolution that generated a deleted client to appear in the Birthday report with incorrect client status.

โœ”๏ธ Tip of the week

Did you know we have a setting that lets you notify another person when a booking is completed on your online booking portal? Yes, we do! You can go to Setup > Add ons > Client Portal by coreplus > Booking Setting > Notify another person when booking is complete > Enter in a set email address that will be notified for each appointment that is booked or you can enter in multiple as well if you'd like to notify more than one person > Save.

Our weekly training session is open to all coreplus customers! This is a great opportunity for new users of coreplus and new members of your practice to understand the basics of coreplus, or for anyone looking to get a bit of a refresh. ๐Ÿ“นNew Video!

Could a Robot, virtual or otherwise be used by a psychologist to assess, improve, maintain, promote or modify health functioning? In this episode, Dr. Louise Metcalf talks about the potential effectiveness of using GHEORG as a digital mental health intervention and the way in which a psychologist specializing in child anxiety could embrace this approach. Dr. Louise Metcalf is a psychologist and the Founder and CEO of Gheorg, an online robot that helps kids with anxiety. Louiseโ€™s vision and clever approach to design have resulted in an educational and loveable online character that families can easily download as an app and introduce to their child.
