1. Edit a TeleConsult appointment and select an appointment type that was enabled for Telehealth. Once the appointment type has been updated, the unique link for the client can be accessed via double clicking on the appointment.
2. To resend the appointment reminder, right click and select the reschedule option. You can then reschedule the appointment to the same date and time
Alternatively, you can manually send a message to the client with the new link by copying the link and selecting the Send Manual SMS option.
