Add your clients card details with Pin Payments so you can process payments on their behalf.

💡 Before you can save card details, you will need to have completed the relevant setup for Pin Payments.

This article includes:

1. Save card details to your clients file

2. Remove card details from your clients file


Save card details to your clients file

1. Go to the Overview or Details/Referrers section within the client file

2. Click on Add Payment Details

3. Enter in the Name, Card Number, Expiry Date and Security Code

4. Click Save.


Remove card details from your clients file

1. Go to the Overview or Details/Referrers section within the client file

2. Click on Remove Payment Details

🛑 IMPORTANT: Removing a client’s stored payment details will permanently delete the securely stored card details and client’s profile from Pin Payments. This action cannot be reversed.
