The Marketing Consent drop-down in client details will allow you to keep track of whether clients should be included in communications or not. This status can be used to adjust the results when generating Mailing Labels for clients.
Please follow the below steps to adjust your client's Marketing Consent status:
1. From the Client List, select the client you wish to set Marketing Consent for
2. From the client's file, click Details/Referrers
3. Under the Other Details , you can use the drop-down to set the clients status for Marketing Consent (Options include Approved, Approved - Address to be updated, Consent Unknown and Not Approved)
4. Click the Update Client button
💡 You can now use this status to generate a specific list of clients from the Mailing Labels feature.
