๐Ÿšฉ For those who haven't yet enabled PRODA on their coreplus account, make sure to complete the PRODA registration before Wednesday 7th September as the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) you currently use to submit claims and data to Services Australia will be deprecated and removed from coreplus. We have a step-by-step video guide available here that shows you how to transition from Medicare PKI to PRODA easily as well as some transitioning to PRODA and troubleshooting PRODA FAQs available for you. Weโ€™ll also be constantly updating these articles so you can come back and learn more!

๐Ÿ†• Our newest Add On Partner - Theratrak

Learn more about Theratrak and how this digital platform that allows therapists to create, monitor and track custom home programs integrates with coreplus on the website here.

๐Ÿ˜ƒ New Date Range in Inactive Clients Reports
You now have the option to look for inactive clients who didnโ€™t have any appointments from the past 7 and/or 14 days in Reports > Calendar > Inactive Client.


๐Ÿ˜ƒ Addition of Membership number placeholder to invoice template
You are now able to add your membership number to your invoice templates so that this will show on your to be in line with the current regulation.

๐Ÿ˜ƒ WorkCover and ESSA are now part of the Organisation dropdown list
For those allied health providers working with SIRA in NSW, you are now able to enter your WorkCover Number and Essa Number in Setup > Settings > User Profile as invoice fields to be reflected on your invoices.

๐Ÿ˜ƒ Addition of Culture field in the clients file
You can now capture information about your clientโ€™s culture so that you can be aware of any cultural considerations and tailor your care accordingly.

๐Ÿ˜ƒ Ensure your contact details in coreplus are up to date, and avoid missing out on important updates from coreplus!
Supervisor users can edit staff details by going to My Account, clicking on the user and making required updates. Read more about how to edit users here: Edit an existing practitioner or receptionistโ€™s user account details

โœ”๏ธ Tip from the team
A tip we love to share with admin, front desk, reception teams is to enable the traffic light system on your calendar to get a Green/Red/Amber visual on each appointment to indicate the client's response to their reminder. The colour:
๐ŸŸข Green indicates a reminder response of "y" or "yes" or "confirm"
๐Ÿ”ด Red indicates a reminder response of "n" or "no" "cancel" or "reschedule"
๐ŸŸก Amber indicates a reminder response of something other than the above

Latest Blog Post

Extend the impact of your therapy sessions with the help of Theratrak, our newest Add On partner. This integration allows you to:

  • Quickly and easily add participants from coreplus to your Theratrak account.

  • Automatically save all of the notes from your therapy program as a draft case note in coreplus as soon as you send it to the participant.

  • The draft notes will be ready for you in coreplus to add your observations or any other key clinical information to your case notes when you get back to your desk.
