Record your clients vaccination status

If your practice needs to record your client's COVID-19 vaccination status you can do so by following the below steps.

💡 This is an optional field so if you do not want to record this information you can leave it 'blank'.


Please, follow the steps below to record your client's COVID-19 vaccination status:

1. Use the main menu's search tab and enter the client's name

2. Client Overview will open automatically. Use the menu bar to navigate to Details/Referrers

3. Under Medical Demographics you can select from 6 statuses:

  • "Blank" - Default status

  • Fully vaccinated

  • Single dose

  • Medically exempt

  • Unvaccinated

  • Undisclosed

4. Select the appropriate status from the dropdown and click 'Update Client' to save

💡The vaccination status will be visible on the 'Client Overview' page.
