When contacting us via email, chat or speak to us over the phone you may be asked to provide a client record number (CRN), so that we can assist you and troubleshoot any problems. This is so we can keep your client's details confidential whilst using third party software programs for email and chat.
You can find a client's CRN via the Overview page or by navigating to the Details/Referrers section of their file and looking for the field labeled 'CRN' or by simply following the steps below:
1. Open a Client File
2. Navigate to Details/Referrers
3. You can see the CRN at the top, under Client Details
