Our weekly update for everything that happened last week

Updated over 3 years ago

Bringing you a wrap up of product development, improvements, new features, updates and more.

Let's get into it.

๐Ÿ˜€ Creating a Secure Message can now be done on the client's file

You can now create and send a secure message directly from your client's file! Not yet using Secure Messaging? Check out how to get started here.

๐Ÿ˜€ A Telehealth participant now has the option to minimise the video stream when screen sharing or when the whiteboard is open

Your clients now have the option to expand or collapse the participant's feed to see the screen share or whiteboard as a larger display. Curious to see what other Telehealth features we have? Discover them here.

๐Ÿ› Duplication of camera feed after screen sharing in Telehealth is now fixed

When a screen share is ended, the main view will now go back to the participant's camera view instead of your own.

โœ”๏ธ Tip of the week

Did you know that the placeholder &location& when creating SMS reminder templates gives the site name of your appointment and not your clinic's/company's address? If you want your address to be displayed, you can change the name of your site to the address of your clinic/company.

๐Ÿ“นNew Video!

How do we reduce the risk of data breaches? Almost half the times a breach occurs in healthcare, itโ€™s because of human error. Often, the best way to protect your healthcare business from the most harmful threats is to change the way things are done. In this episode, we extract a discussion between Yianni Serpanos and Susie Jones about how change can be managed in 5-minute intervals and how to integrate Cyber security culture within your team using a Continuous Professional Development methodology. Susie Jones is a co-Founder & CEO of Cynch Security (https://cynch.com.au/โ€‹), a provider of cyber security management & CPD as a managed subscription service.
