Fixed: Marking a private appointment as a no show or cancelled appointment would no longer remain as private. This is now fixed: a private appointment should remain private.

Fixed: The waiting list on the calendar allowed deleted clients to be added. This is fixed: deleted clients no longer appear in the client search results on the waiting list.

Fixed: Some clients received a duplicate birthday SMS. This is fixed: clients will now only ever receive one birthday SMS.
