Reset a Password

Users with Supervisor level access are able to reset passwords. If you do not have Supervisor level access yourself, the Supervisor of your account is able to do this for you. 


Step 1 - Select 'Account Details' from the Dashboard


Step 2 - Click on the user whose password needs to be reset



Step 3 - Click on 'Reset Password' from the pop-up that appears



Step 4 - Reset the password!



An email will be sent to the user with a secure password reset link. Click on the link and then type in your desired password.

    I am unable to to reset password. No emails have been sent to as in Step 4 - "password reset". No, I can't find it in my spam folder either.
