Set Up Secure Messaging Delivery (SMD)
Please note: It may take up to 6 weeks for the respective Secure Messaging Vendors to process your application.
Step 1 - Select 'Settings' under 'Setup', then 'Secure Messaging'
Step 2 - Fill out the Application Form
- coreplus should automatically populate some fields based on details you have entered elsewhere in your account (e.g. your practice's address and details, practitioner's names and provider numbers).
- When filling out the Health Practitioners, to exclude any staff from the Secure Message Provider directories, simply do not fill in the specialities.
Step 3 - Click 'Continue' to read Terms & Conditions
Step 4 - Click 'Accept Charges, Terms and Conditions, Submit Application' to proceed
- After pressing the 'Accept' button your application will be sent and processed by the Secure Messaging Vendors.
- This process can take up to 6 weeks.
- Once Secure Messaging is active, the coreplus team will notify you by email.
Please note: Healthlink have advised that there is currently a known issue between Medical Director and Healthlink, which prevents Medical Director Secure Messages from reaching Healthlink addresses. This, in turn may prevent these messages from reaching your coreplus Secure Inbox.
