Edit/Delete progress Case Notes

Step 1 - Open a client's file through either the 'Client List' or through searching by name

Step 2 - Select 'Case notes' from the left-hand side of the screen

 

Step 3 - Select the 'Progress Notes' button

 

Step 4 - Click on the note that you would like to edit/delete

 

Step 5 - Make the desired changes to the notes, then press 'Update Notes'. Alternatively, select 'Delete Notes'

    Is it possible to turn off the edit / delete function of progress notes? Or is this at least logged so we are able to retrieve notes if deleted? Ideally we will keep case notes for our case conferences and "day to day" treatment will be a progress note, however I don't like the idea of the edit / delete.
