Create a Progress Case Note

The key difference between a 'Progress note' and a regular case note is that you can return to progress notes at a later time and edit or delete them.

 

Step 1 - Open a client's file through either the 'Client List' or by searching by name

 

Step 2 - Select 'Case Notes' from the left of screen

 

Step 3 - Press the 'Progress Notes' button, found next to the 'Print' button

 

Step 4 - Select 'Add Progress Note' from the pop-up that appears

 

Step 5 - Enter your notes in the text area, name the note and then press 'Save Notes'

 

Step 6 - The note will now appear in the 'Progress Notes' list
