Edit/Delete Case Notes templates

Step 1 - Open a client's file through either the 'Client List' or through searching by name

 

Step 2 - Select 'Case notes' from the left-hand side of the screen

 

Step 3 - Select 'Manage' from the 'Templates' drop-down list

 

Step 4 - Select the template you would like to edit from the 'Select Template' drop-down list

 

Step 5 - Make the desired changes to the template, then select 'Update template'. Alternatively, select 'Delete template'
