Create Case Notes templates

Step 1 - Open a client's file through either the 'Client List' or through searching by name

 

Step 2 - Select 'Case notes' from the left-hand side of the screen

 

Step 3 - Select 'Manage' from the 'Templates' drop-down list

 

Step 4 - Create your template as desired, then press 'Add Template'

As pictured above, after pressing 'Add template' some extra options will appear. This allows you to name your template and then save it.

 

Step 5 - The template will now appear in the 'Templates' drop-down list for you to use
