Change a clients Case Status

Step 1 - Open the Client's File

 

Step 2 - Select 'Details'

 

Step 3 - Navigate to Case Status and change as needed

 

Step 4 - Click on 'Update Client'

    I've been following these directions, however the status does not remain as 'closed' it reverts back to 'open'. Any tips to make it save as closed?
