Why have I been locked out of coreplus?
If your username is associated with 5 unsuccessful attempts to sign in, the coreplus account will be locked for a short period of time to protect you from unauthorized access.
You will also receive an email notification informing you if your account has been locked.
How can I access my account again? / How long does the lockout last?
The lockout will last approximately a total of 5 minutes. After that, the user can proceed with logging in as per usual, with the correct username and password.
