How long does it take for Blua to process my application?

Blua will process your application within 24-48 hours and contact you directly regarding the validation process.


Do you charge for Blua or are there any costs involved?

Enabling the Blua integration via coreplus is free of charge.

Every new client that you receive from Blua is charged at $25+GST for their initial booking only, which is added to your monthly coreplus invoice. Any subsequent appointments that are booked for that client are not charged.


Why is the SMS and email reminder disabled on the Blua appointments?

All reminders are being managed by Blua and can therefore not be turned off or on via coreplus.


How can I see if it is a normal appointment or a Blua appointment?

All Blua appointments will have a blue little flag on the side of the appointment, indicating that this is an appointment from Blua.


Can I still edit/reschedule a Blua appointment?

Absolutely, you can proceed with editing and rescheduling your appointments as per the usual coreplus process.


Why was my Blua application denied?

Blua is currently available for physiotherapists, psychologists, general practitioners, and specialists. We recommend reaching out to Blua directly for further questions!
