CUSTOM BRANDING

New: Custom colour your portal header and guide bubble with associated text
The portal is your colouring book with the endless options of colours to theme your online bookings. A different colour for the header and guide bubble? Why not. Use your hex codes or the colour picker bubble on the end all while getting a live preview of your masterpiece before you save the settings. 

New: Google Analytics
We definitely heard you on this one. Add your Google analytics code and start collecting data on your portal booking activity to get a clearer and more comprehensive picture on what your clients are doing

New: Option of simple text branding instead of logo
If minimalism is more your style, or you don't have your logo perfected just yet, then this one's for you. Simply select the text option over the logo option to brand your portal

New: Add a booking title or welcome message
Adding a warm introduction to your online bookings is a sure way for the client to connect with your brand and boost their confidence in booking with you

Updated: Custom colour your 'Book Now' button
That's right, any colour you want.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

New: Booking notification email to practitioner
In addition to the SMS notification, you can now enable email notifications to the practitioner an appointment has been booked with AS WELL AS any additional email address (reception, practice manager etc)

Updated: Appointment confirmation email to client
Your client's will now receive a beautiful summary of their appointment in their appointment confirmation with a meeting invite link they can add to their personal calendar. You will also be able to set a custom email in place of this default one we created.

TAILORED BOOKING FORM

New: Client Time Zone
Are you offering telehealth appointments? Provide a truly client-centric experience by allowing clients to select the timezone they will be in at the time of the appointment. This will display your availability in their timezone without them having to manually figure out the difference

New: Client Address
Always wanted your clients to add their address as part of the booking? Check.

Updated: Option for Mandatory comment section
Comments is not a new booking field, but now you can enforce a client add information to this section before continuing their booking

CLIENT MANAGED CANCELLATIONS

New: Client's can now cancel their online bookings
An option is presented at the point of completing the booking or via the email confirmation and, they are required to provide a reason for cancelling. To ensure that client cancellations happen on your terms we have created a setting called 'Minimum notice for cancellations' where you can select the minimum noticed required for cancellations.

A REFRESHED LOOK

Finally, we've improved the look and feel of your portal settings (pictured earlier) with individual settings tabs as well as the experience for the client with a neat appointment summary as they go through the booking process (pictured earlier). We've also introduced better visibility of your availability by highlighting available AM and PM appointment slots in the booking calendar
