Recording reasons why your client's are cancelling appointments can be a great source of data for your practice. It can help you identify frequent cancellers and understand cancellation trends.

💡 A Cancellation Report has been introduced to Calendar Reports to support this new feature!
   

Marking an appointment as cancelled

  1. Within the Calendar, double click on an appointment you'd like to mark as cancelled


2. Once the Edit Appointment window appears, tick Cancelled

 
3. Select one of the preset cancellation reasons and click Save

💡 'Notes' can be added alongside every cancellation reason, this option is ideal if you want to capture more detail about the cancellation


4. To finalise the cancellation, click Save
