Add a newly joined practitioner or receptionist to your coreplus account

You are ready to add a user to your coreplus account - great! Doing this takes no time! The set-up does require the user you are adding to activate their account via a confirmation email.

In this article, we will discuss:


Add a New User

1. Select My Account from the DashboardΒ 
​2. In the Users section, click on Add User
​3. Enter the new user's details and click Save

4. The new user will receive an email requesting to activate their user account. Once this has been completed successfully, the user will appear in your User List

πŸ’‘ A new user can only be added by a supervisor

πŸ’Ž Save time and activate the user yourself by adding YOUR email to the new users account. Once the new user appears in our list, you can edit them and change the email to their designated email address. This is important for password resets and any notifications of user account changes.

πŸ’Ž We recommend changing the provided password to a personally selected password after signing into the coreplus account.

Add user roles

Adding user roles is a great new feature that assists coreplus in liaising with the correct people.

1. Select My Account from the Dashboard

2. In the Users section, click on the User you want to edit

3. In the Edit User Details, click on the Position of the User, click Save

Positions

Users with Supervisor level access can have the below Positions:

  • Accountant

  • Admin / Virtual Admin

  • Bookkeeper

  • Business Owner

  • Clinician

  • Consultant

  • Integration Partner

  • IT Manager

  • Manager

  • Practice Manager

  • Practitioner

  • Receptionist

Users with Case Manager level access can have the below Positions:

  • Clinician

  • Practitioner

Users with Accounts Admin level access can have the below Positions:

  • Accountant

  • Admin / Virtual Admin

  • Bookkeeper

  • Receptionist

Specialties

Specialties can only be added for Supervisors and Case Managers and they're only available for Clinician and Practitioner positions. Here is a list of all Specialties available:
