Create a Case Note

Step 1 - Open a client's file through the 'Client list' or by searching for them

 

Step 2 - Select 'Case Notes' from the left of screen

 

Step 3 - Type your notes in the text area. When finished, press the 'Save' icon

 

Please note: Once you have saved a case note as pictured above, it cannot be edited later

 

Step 4 - View your completed notes on the right-hand side of the screen

    Is there an indicator on the calendar that case notes or progress notes are complete? for example, when reviewing of the end of the day to determine whose notes are not complete, without checking client by client.
