Have a practitioner leaving your practice and you want to remove their services from the client portal? Or, you're no longer offering a service? You've got nothing to worry about at all! You can simply unmap the specialties from appointment types that are not relevant to your practice anymore. This article will guide you through the whole process.

💡Only 'Supervisor' users can map/unmap specialties

Please, follow the below steps to unmap specialties:

1. From the Dashboard , go to Setup > Settings > Map Specialities to Appointment Types

2. Click on a relevant Specialty. You will notice the Appointment types in 'Specialty Name' column populates with the appointment types you mapped in the specialty earlier

3. Now, just click on the appointment types that you want to remove from the client portal and use the arrow pointing to the right to remove the appointment types

4. Click on Save once you're done
