Connect your Client Portal to Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook

Including your Client Portal across your Social Media Platforms, allows your customers to reach and book with you with no effort!


Connect your Client Portal to Facebook

1. Go to Setup > Add Ons > Client Portal

2. Select copy to clipboard (this will copy your client portal URL)

3. Navigate to your Facebook page and select + Add a button

4. Select Sign up and enter your client portal URL

πŸ’‘ To test your button, click on Edit Sign up and select the Test button


Connect your Client Portal to Linkedin


​1. Go to Setup > Add Ons > Client Portal

2. Select copy to clipboard (this will copy your client portal URL)

3. Navigate to your Linkedin page and select Edit Page

4. Select Buttons under Header

5. Toggle on Custom button and select the Register button

6. Enter your URL in the URL field and click Save

πŸ’‘ To test your button, click on View as member and select the Register button


Connect your Client Portal to Instagram

With Instagram, we recommend using LinkTree (https://linktr.ee/) as your default profile URL. This can be added to the website field in your Insta profile.

Have your LinkTree set up to allow your client/ social media followers to choose the next part of their digital journey using sub-links.

1. Go to Setup > Add Ons > Client Portal

2. Select copy to clipboard (this will copy your client portal URL)

3. Navigate to your LinkTree and add new link, Select a title (i.e. book now) and paste the URL

4. Then go to share in the right-hand corner and copy the URL

5. Go to Instagram and Edit your Profile, under the website, enter the LinkTree URL

6. Click save

πŸ’‘ To test your button, go to your Instagram profile and click on the link
