An explanation of the appointment frequency settings

Recurring appointments can be repeated based on days, weeks. months or years. You can also choose to repeat a number of times or repeat between a certain date range. The article explains how to use these settings and provides examples

Daily

This options allows you to repeat the appointment based on a number of days. In the example below, the appointment would repeat every 2 days.


Weekly

This options allows you to repeat the appointment based on the day of the week and, based on the number of weeks. In the example below, the appointment would repeat every fortnight on a Tuesday


Monthly

This options allows you to repeat the appointment based on the day of the month and the number of months. In the example below, the appointment would repeat on the 15th of the month, every two months.


Yearly

This option allows you to repeat the appointment on a certain date every number of years. In the example below the appointment will repeat every year on the 1st of July.


Repeat Between

This option allows you to select dates, between which the appointment will repeat. In the example below, the appointment will repeat every fortnight on a Tuesday for 6 months.


Repeat a number of times

This option allows you to select the number of times the appointment will repeat. In this example, the appointment will repeat 6 time
