Finding your sent E-Mails or SMS in coreplus

Sometimes you will need to check previously sent Emails or SMS, There are two ways to do this in coreplus, this article will walk you through how.

This article includes:


Sent E-Mails via Files

1. From the Dashboard select Files

2. Click on Files for the drop-down menu to open

3. Click on Personal Files

4. Select then Sent Email Folder

πŸ’‘ Once you have clicked on your Sent Email folder, you can use the filter Date Modified and click on the arrow next to it, to sort it by the oldest or most recent sent E-Mail in order.


View your Sent E-Mails via Admin Notes

1. From the Dashboard select Communication

2. From the drop-down menu select Admin Notes

3. Use the Filter button at the top to adjust the type to emails and direction to outbound

4. Click Update

πŸ’‘ Emails sent to insurers or other contacts in a client file, can not be viewed via Admin Notes. For a record of these emails, go to Client File > Events


Sent SMS via Admin Notes

1. From the Dashboard select Communication

2. From the drop-down menu select Admin Notes

3. Use the Filter button at the top to adjust the type to SMS and direction to outbound

4. Click Update


πŸ’‘ You can also view sent SMS via Client File > Admin Notes

πŸ’‘ SMS to other phone numbers in a client's file ie. Insurer, Employer, Family Member, will not appear in Admin Notes


Sent SMS via Sent & Received SMS History

The manual SMS you send to contacts outside of coreplus can be seen separately by following the below steps:

1. From the Dashboard, go to Communication > Send SMS

2. Click on Sent & Received SMS History
