Enable your Clinivid Add On

Documenting your clinical conversations has never been easier with the two-way sync between coreplus and Clinivid. The integration syncs your client list to Clinivid allowing the conversation to be linked to a particular client. 

Using Clinivid, you can easily start a ‘chat’ or schedule a more formal ‘clinical meeting’ with clinicians in your clinic that allows read and write permissions.


Adding Clinivid allows you to:

  • Link cases on Clinivid to clients in your coreplus account

  • Start conversations with clinicians linked to your coreplus account, or invite a guest clinician

  • Archive the conversation into coreplus, which automatically links to the client’s coreplus file

  • Run efficient processes and improve your patient outcomes

Please follow the below steps to enable Clinivid:

1. From the Dashboard, click on Setup > Add Ons > Clinivid.
2. Select the Enable button > accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the box and clicking I Agree

3. Contact the Clinivid support team for the final step, to enable the sync between Clinivid and coreplus at support@clinivid.com.au

  • $10 per practitioner per month for 'chat' functionality
